We only ship to the Netherlands and Belgium

We ship from the Netherlands.

We accept all major credit cards ( VISA, Mastercard, AMEX ) and payments via Ideal , PayPal .

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra processing time during holidays and promotions. Orders are processed between Monday and Friday . Within 1-3 business days of your order, it will be processed and shipped the next business day. We do not ship on weekends.

Due to high demand, delivery may take 3-5 days .

If your order has not arrived after 30 days , you are eligible for a full refund.

The prices on our website do not include taxes. This means that you may be required to pay import duties and taxes upon receipt of your order. These charges are determined by your country's customs and are your responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. If you received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. Please send us your order number , pictures of the item and relevant details once you receive the package. We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

All refunds will be credited to the original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days . If you haven’t received your refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time for it to appear on your account.
